Ordered :

Orders are taken directly by private message. Orders will be taken into account

once payment has been made. I usually answer you during the day and inform you of the amount of the shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Payment :

Accepted payments are: Paypal (between close to avoid additional costs), check, paylib. It is also possible to pay for your order in cash when hand-delivered.

Shipping:

Orders are processed within 48h to 72h depending on requests and excluding arrival. They must also take into account the time of making and preparing orders. You will be notified by private message when your order is ready to be shipped.

The shipping time can vary between 7 and 10 days maximum (or even less) depending on the order book.

Orders are shipped by Mondial Relay or Colissimo according to your request.

When ordering, please tell me: your surname, first name, address, email or phone number, as well as the relay point you have chosen.

Plaisir fondant will provide you with proof of shipment and the tracking number of the package. The parcels are carefully packed and protected by me. In the event of breakage, loss or theft of your package, no refund can be demanded because work has been provided for your order.

The customer will have to take the steps with the carriers.
